Archer and Deco home routers only show a fixed list of providers, with nowhere to type a server, so let another device at home keep your name up to date: a Windows PC, a NAS or a Raspberry Pi.
Omada and business routers (like the ER605) can have a Custom option under Dynamic DNS. If yours does, fill in:
Update URL https://update.honkip.com/update?key=YOUR-KEY&ip=[IP]
Domain yourname.honkip.com
The part in brackets is your router's word for "my IP". Older firmware without HTTPS can use http:// instead.
