Run this once on any machine with Docker, such as a NAS, home server or Raspberry Pi. It keeps running after restarts.
docker run -d --name honkip --restart unless-stopped alpine sh -c 'apk add --no-cache curl >/dev/null; while true; do curl -fsS "https://update.honkip.com/update?key=YOUR-KEY" >/dev/null; sleep 300; done'
To remove it later: docker rm -f honkip
